Australia-based technology brand Alogic has announced new products at IFA 2024. The launches include new mice and wireless keyboards, plus a brand-new monitor light that includes a built-in 4K webcam.

Alogic will also be exhibiting some of its recently announced computer displays, including the Clarity Touch 5K, Edge 34 and 40-inch Ultrawide OHD and Horizon 34-inch Ultrawide displays. All the new products will start shipping by the end of the year.

Leading the launch is Alogic’s new Apex wireless performance mouse in both black and white. The Apex mouse has a curved, ergonomic shape to combat RSI with a design that promotes a more natural hand position. The Apex mouse is preconfigured with Mac and Windows shortcuts for taking screenshots, switching windows and navigating between desktops.

The Apex also has extra buttons, a horizontal scroll wheel and programmable keyboard shortcuts using the Apex Control app for Mac and Windows. The mouse supports polling rates of up to 1,000Hz and has a white LED edge light.

Like the Logitech MX mouse, the Apex can switch between three separate devices using either 2.4GHz or Bluetooth. The Apex has a rechargeable battery charged via a USB-C.

Pricing: The Exec mouse is $59.99 / £59.99 / €69.99.

Joining Alogic’s recently launched full-size Echelon wireless keyboard is a new compact version. All the Echelon keyboards are available as a Windows combo set, which includes a mouse, or as a Mac keyboard only. The keyboards include a numeric keypad and a low profile along with USB-C charging and the ability to switch between multiple devices.

The Echelon Compact can switch between three devices using a 2.4GHz RF dongle or two devices with Bluetooth on Windows and three on macOS. The Echelon Compact will initially launch with US ANSI layouts and additional layouts will be released later.

Pricing: The Echelon keyboard prices start at $69.99 / £64.99.

Alogic also announced its new Scribe wireless mechanical keyboards at IFA 2024. These new keyboards are available in four variants and are aimed at users who want a deluxe typing experience.

The Scribe Standard is a mechanical model featuring a full-size layout, while the Scribe Ergo comes with a wrist rest. The Scribe Compact also has a numeric keypad but in a smaller form factor. Finally, the Scribe Nano is an ultra-compact design without a numeric keypad.

All the Scribe models have mechanical switches for more accurate typing. The keyboards include options for Mac and Windows mode switching and support multi-device connectivity. Other features include a white backlight, USB-C charging, swappable keycaps for Mac and Windows and programmable function keys.

Pricing: The Alogic Scibe mechanical keyboards start at $89.99 / £69.99 / €89.99.

The last new Alogic product appearing at IFA 2024 is the Illuminate remote control monitor light with a 4K webcam. The LED monitor light provides glare-free illumination for screens and houses an ultra-high-definition 4K webcam with autofocus and magnetic privacy cover. Other features include adjustable color temperature and auto-dimming using a rechargeable remote control.

Pricing: The Illuminate monitor light with 4K webcam costs $99.99 / £89.99 / €119.99.

Also appearing on the Alogic IFA 2024 stand will be the Clarity 5K Touch 27-inch monitor. This 27-inch screen is touch-sensitive and offers 5K resolution and professional color accuracy, making it ideal for digital artists and photographers. The Clarity 5K Touch will be an interesting and more affordable alternative to Apple’s Studio Display which doesn’t have touch capabilities but supports the native 5K-resolution used by Mac mini and Mac Studio computers.

Pricing: The Clarity 5K Touch 27-inch monitor will be priced at $1,999.99 / £1,499.99 / €1,799.
