When SoundMAGIC was founded in 2005 by acoustic design engineer Tony Xu, he aimed to make affordable headphones and earphones that would win awards. By using the latest technology and best materials, that’s exactly what Xu did and his headphones and earphones have consistently won awards from publications like What Hi-Fi, Stuff magazine, T3, Trusted Review and AV Forums.

The latest launch from SoundMAGIC is the P58BT ANC, a budget pair of ANC wireless headphones offering up to 60 hours of playtime and a low-latency Gaming Mode, all for less than £80.

The P58BT ANC wireless headphones have been designed with a fresh aesthetic and use the latest technology, including a unique driver design, engineered to provide a frequency response curve for rich and full-bodied audio.

Thanks to a large neodymium iron boron magnet and precision magnetic components, SoundMAGIC claims these new headphones have a wide dynamic range and “exceptional transient response.” The composite vibrating diaphragm, made from lightweight and rigid materials, provides accurate reproduction of human voices and detailed high frequencies without listener fatigue.

SoundMAGIC says the P58BT ANC are exceptionally comfortable because of oval-shaped earcups made from selected materials. Soft silicone earpads and headband enhance comfort but also help keep out noise using passive isolation that boosts the effectiveness of the active noise cancellation technology.

A full charge of the built-in batteries provides 60 hours of playtime from a single charge. Not only does this mean longer listening times between charges, but recharging the battery less often means the battery should have a longer service life.

For gamers and video enthusiasts, the P58BT ANC has a low-latency gaming mode. This eliminates the lag sometimes experienced with Bluetooth headphones that causes audio and visuals to be out of sync. The P58BT ANC can transition from playing music to gaming and movie watching.

The P58BT ANC joins the SoundMAGIC range of headphones and earphones, which includes the iconic E11 wired earphones and the E80D USB-C earphones. The P58BT ANC headphones are available in black or silver finishes.

Pricing & Availability: The SoundMAGIC P58BT ANC will be available on August 27, priced at £79.99 / $79.99 / €79.99.
