Before we get to today’s NYT Mini crossword hints, clues and answers, here are Monday’s:

Wondering which alternative rock band made the album Yankee Hotel Foxtrot? Not sure what Americana or country might be? Don’t worry, because I’m here to help you with hints and the answers for today’s NYT Mini crossword.

The NYT Mini is a quick version of the newspaper’s larger, long-running crossword. Most days, there are between three and five clues in each direction on a five by five Mini grid, but the puzzles are sometimes larger, especially on Saturdays.

Unfortunately, the New York Times has now made the Mini available only to subscribers. It was previously free to play. You’ll also need an NYT Games subscription to access previous puzzles in the archives.
