Bang & Olufsen has unveiled the Beolab 90 Titan Edition, a bold reimagining of the flagship speaker from Denmark’s most iconic audio brand. Created to celebrate the company’s centenary, this latest version was conceived by the brand’s exclusive Atelier service.
The Beolab 90 Titan Edition combines technology with sculptural elegance that showcases Bang & Olufsen’s mastery when it comes to transforming acoustic engineering into works of art. The Titan Edition reimagines the Beolab 90, stripped of its acoustic veils so its structural essence can be appreciated.

65kg Of Solid Aluminum
At the heart of the Beolab 90 Titan Edition is a 65kg aluminum cabinet, hand-blasted with fine particles of crushed volcanic rock to produce an elegant textured finish. Polished base panels give the Titan Edition an extra sense of elegance by creating the illusion of the speaker floating.
Every detail of the Beolab 90 Titan Edition has been precision-engineered with fittings such as the delicate aluminum rings encircling each woofer. The face mask on top of the speaker is machined from a single block of solid aluminum, requiring 12 hours of milling. The machined grooves surrounding each speaker are milled to radiate like sonic ripples, creating a visual echo of soundwaves.
The top lid of the speaker is machined to evoke the glow of a lighthouse. Each fastener on the speaker has a commemorative engraving, while discreet inscriptions around the speaker drivers highlight the acoustic innovations that defined the original Beolab 90.
Acoustic Innovation
Originally launched in 2015, the Beolab 90 is still the pinnacle of Bang & Olufsen’s acoustic innovation. It’s the company’s flagship loudspeaker and includes an advanced DSP and beam-forming technology. Each sculptural tower contains 18 hand-made speaker drivers driven by dedicated amplifiers and a processing architecture that provides the speaker’s headroom and control.
Bang & Olufsen says the result is a speaker that can deliver precise “sweet-spot imaging” for solitary listening or can open to a full 360-degree soundstage for social listening. It does all this while providing the kind of transparency and power you’d expect at the highest end of audiophile speaker technology.
The Beolab 90 Titan Edition is billed as the beginning of “an extraordinary journey” and will be the first of five exclusive creations handcrafted by Bang & Olufsen’s Atelier in celebration of the company’s first 100 years of innovation. Over the coming months, four additional editions will be unveiled and each will be a distinct interpretation of the Beolab 90, designed to captivate collectors and connoisseurs alike.

Bang & Olufsen is being a little coy about the price of the Beolab Titan Edition. A standard pair of Beolab 90speakers will set you back a cool $211,800, so the price of the Titan Edition will be way north of that figure. As they say, if you need to ask the price, you probably can’t afford them.
