The company sent along some examples of the miniatures that they have in store for your local gaming store.
D&D Icons Of The Realms: Classic Red Dragon
The red dragon has become an important symbol of Dungeons & Dragons. It can be seen of the covers of several editions. It’s also one of the iconic enemies that players face at the end of their epic adventures.
This version of the classic red dragon appears as it did on the cover of the 1977 Dungeons & Dragons Basic Set. It’s a great choice for games using classic versions of the D&D rules. It’s also the perfect size to be the desk decoration of anyone that’s loved the game for a very long time.
D&D Icons Of The Realms: 50th Anniversary
The red dragon isn’t the only classic monster that’s evolved with the times. D&D Icons of the Realms: 50th Anniversary includes versions of monsters based on their First Edition and Fifth Edition appearances. That includes iconic monsters and famous D&D characters.
This set gives the Dungeon Master a chance to customize their encounters with the look they want for their monsters. It also allows them to callout a leader figure by using a unique scuplt in a larger encounter of the same monster. The old school minis work well with previous editions or with the many old school games that are currently on the market.
These miniatures come in blind booster boxes. There are four miniatures included in each box: one Large creature and three Medium or Small creatures. This set also includes 10 super rare chase miniatures for fans who love the thrill of collecting.
D&D Icons: Tomb Of Annihilation Complete Set
Tomb Of Annihilation combined two aspects of classis D&D adventure into something new for Fifth Edition. It took a dungeon heavily inspired by the classic killer module Tomb of Horrors and dropped in in the sweltering jungles of Chult. Players had to seek our the tomb to save a friend while also running afoul of the dangers of an unexplored continent.
Tomb of Annihilation Complete Set brings those dangers to life on the tabletop. There are 66 creature miniatures in this set as well as 14 terrain features. This set is a great selection for tables that have never played this campaign as well as ones that are looking to take another shot after their last party never made it back alive.
