Fortnite has just launched one of its all-time great Chapter-ending events with a colossal metaverse battle that, among other things, destroyed the Battle Bus so players will now be…surfing into the map for the foreseeable future. But despite that weirdness, some things never change, and that includes a new Battle Pass for Chapter 7 season 1 that of course, has a couple crossovers, but some new original entries as well.
Here are all the other Battle Pass skins which stand out among the host of other cosmetics you’ll be getting as well.
The Bride – Our Hollywood seasons kicks off with one of the most notorious directors in Hollywood, Quentin Tarantino bringing Uma Thurman’s Bride to the game. Also, an entire lost chapter of Kill Bill playing out in the game soon. You got a skin from it today just for logging in, Yuki Yubari.
Cat Holloway – Here we have our leading lady skin, who has the style below and the Elsa-ish red carpet style above. She also has one of the sassiest emotes I’ve ever seen with her runway walk. She has an additional skin to earn in Blitz Royale.

Kingston – Usually human-ified lions are all about being warriors or space-faring superheroes, but a stoner surfer? Kingston is certainly breaking the mold here.
Carter Wu – He’s a stuntman that certainly channels Bruce Lee more than a little bit, especially in his alternate white style (not The Bride’s yellow, however, which was alos inspried by Lee). He has another skin to earn in Reload.
Carina – In the keeping of the spirit of Hollywood, it appears we have a skater who is just getting started shooting things, and breaking her arm in the process as she learns how all this goes.
Marty McFly – Given that Fortnite has done 500 movie skins already, I suppose they had to reach toward a Hollywood classic to pick something (outside of Tarantino) to make sense of the theme. Yes, there is a Delorean coming, no you do not get it through the battle pass.
Miles Cross – Here’s our action star, and he just so happens to be one of the most handsome Fortnite skins of all time. Seriously, look at that guy. I think the shoulder cannon is an homage to Predator? Pretty sure, anyway.
Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted) – Our final skin heralds the return of both the Dark Voyager and the Golden Cube that ended the giant fight against the Dark Presence in the grand finale of Chapter 6. He has a Blue Cube variant and also a skin to earn in Battle Royale itself.
Honestly, it’s a pretty good crop. Yes, The Bride and Marty McFly are cool, but these are some legitimate Fortnite universe skins here, worth using in a land where everyone’s always some licensed IP 90% of the time. I definitely think this is one of the better passes we’ve seen in a while, and you may want to consider picking one up as a result. See you out there in my definitely-not-Elsa skin.
