Keyboard and mouse maker Logitech has unveiled a brand-new mini keyboard designed for people on the go. The Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 is an ultra-portable Bluetooth keyboard made for tablets, mobile devices and laptops. It has a built-in cover to protect the keys from damage or spills, while the slim and lightweight design makes it easy to pack in a work bag and take almost anywhere.
Unlike a lot of portable keyboards, Keys-To-Go 2 isn’t a folding design which gives it extra stability and its stable feel is what marks this keyboard out from the competition. With its 18mm key-to-key pitch and 1mm of travel, the Keys-To-Go 2 feels better than most laptop keyboards for typing.

Logitech’s Keys-To-Go 2 is available in Lilac, Pale Grey and Graphite colorways and provides an efficient and precise typing experience. The keyboard can connect via Bluetooth and up to three devices can be paired at the same time. Easy-Switch keys enable the user to type seamlessly across tablets, phones and laptops.
Keys-To-Go is available in two layouts. There is a Universal version for use with Android, ChromeOS, Windows, iPadOS, iOS and MacOS. And for those of us who are completely Apple, there is an exclusive Apple layout that is perfect for iPadOS, iOS and macOS.
The keyboard is powered by two CR2032 button cells which can provide up to 36 months of use before needing to be replaced. My only criticism is the battery compartment requires a mini Torx screwdriver to be removed. Even so, up to three years of battery life from two small cells shows how good Logitech is at power management.
Like all of Logitech’s products, Keys-To-Go 2 is manufactured with sustainability in mind. The plastic parts in Keys-To-Go 2 include certified post-consumer recycled plastic to give a second life to end-of-use plastic recycled from old consumer electronics. The Pale Grey and Graphite colorways use 36% recycled plastic, while that figure is 33% for the rather fetching Lilac colorway.
The aluminum content in the Keys-To-Go top case is smelted with renewable energy, rather than fossil fuels, which lowers the carbon impact of the product. Finally, the paper packaging for the product comes from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources.
Verdict: The new Logitech Keys-To-Go 2 is a superb portable keyboard that’s slim and light enough to pop in any workbag so you always have a way to type up longer documents. It would also make a good input device for a smart TV. The typing action is precise and the stability of the keyboard makes it a dream to write on. There is little to compete against this new mini keyboard from Logitech. And one more thing… the Lilac colorway is beautiful.
