Palworld has evolved into much more than being Pokémon with Guns, as its earliest previews suggested. It is a genuinely fantastic entry in the monster-capturing, base-building space and has posted stunning numbers across two launches now. As such, it is now moving beyond being just a game, and into a full IP. And that comes with an obvious development: Merchandising!
Palword is now making a toy line via The Loyal Subjects, a collection of figures of some of the most well-known Pals from the initial era of the game. They range from hard plastic to plushies to “rare and ultra chase variants” that come out of special egg incubators(?). Sure, why not.
The toys are up for preorder at Target and Amazon, though some are already out of stock, like the egg incubators. Among the Pals chosen as being part of this line:

I am pretty sure that the alternate element versions of Chillet, Gobfin, Pyrin and Mammorest are the “rare” versions you can pull out of the incubator eggs. Though I’m not sure how many egg gambles it may take to find one.

Before this, Palworld has already released an official card game, another development you might have expected. Toys were the next logical step, and I do think the game is carving out a portion of the Pokémon market, no matter how often it is sued by Nintendo (those lawsuits seem to be petering out, finally).
At Target and Amazon, some of these, like the standalone figures and eggs, can be bought and arrive a few days from now. Others like gun-toting figures will not be released until September 4, which is obviously still not that far away, but you can preorder them.
I wasn’t sure if Palworld had staying power past being an initial viral meme past launch, but it absolutely has shown it has a wide audience and will be around for some time to come. Integrating itself into multiple markets is certainly a good way to ensure it sticks around in the zeitgeist and introduces kids especially to a Poke-alternative that, in many ways, is often more fun.
