Yes, artificial intelligence is everywhere! We can’t seem to turn on the TV, look at social media, or even read an article without mentioning AI. The reality is that some give a sci-fi depiction of AI. In contrast, others are more riddled with research. However, there are applications that we can apply to everyday life whether you’re a business owner, entrepreneur, or someone who runs a side business and has limited time but still wants to stay ahead of the curve.
Here are 5 common business tasks that can be accelerated with AI:

- You can use an AI tool called Magical. It’s another Chrome extension that allows you to create replies back in a templated way that’s also personalized. For example, it’ll input the name of the person you’re sending the email too and close with your name and signature.
There are nearly thousands of AI tools available for your use. A simple google search for what you’re trying to do will provide dozens of results. The key is to:
- Pick a few that have a user interface that you feel you can work with.
- Subscribe to the free trial (they often come in 7 and 14 day trials)
- Begin experimenting. It’ll feel strange at first, clunky at best, but over the course of a few days you’ll start getting the hang of it. About 70% of the AI hurdle is just getting over you’re own inertia and just starting.
