For example, tools like Smartsheet leverage AI to analyze project data, helping managers anticipate and address issues before they escalate.

Future Trends
There is an upward trajectory, and the future of Agile with AI and GenAI has only begun. These technologies still show positive trends with natural evolution toward deeper integration to organize teams, products and deliverables. Agile will continue to take advantage of AI’s ability to accelerate processes as well as to facilitate and improve decision-making.
